L’Associazione La Macchia, as stated in the Article of Incorporation on the 2nd November 2016, is composed of: The Members, the President, two Vice-Presidents, the Board, elected firstly in accordance to the article of incorporation by the Life Members-Founders and subsequently every three years by the membership committee itself.To view the Constitution and Club Regulations please access members area.

The Circolo La Macchia headquarter is located in Macchiatonda, Capalbio in an ancient 16th-century farmhouse. The venue in 2016 has undergone an important renovation project for a conservative restoration, becoming a landmark for the lovers of the Maremma area.
Spiaggia Ristorante e Bar
The club’s facilities include a clubhouse, beautiful sitting and dining rooms, a restaurant, indoor and outdoor cocktail bars, a terrace overlooking the sea, a garden on the dunes, an outdoor nightclub and the use of the car park. During the summer, the club is open from aperitivo till late while in autumn and spring is open for the weekends. The activities introduced by La Macchia include evening al fresco dining, music from our resident DJs, live acts, water sports, country pursuits, cultural and social happenings and events in collaboration with selected establishments and institutions. THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE management service is provided by Enoteca La Torre Group
